In winter, the heat load is fully covered by surface water/groundwater;
In summer, the surface water/groundwater covers part of the cooling load and the cooling tower is activated for the part that is not enough.
The energy contained in the water source is fully utilized and the cooling towers do not need to be activated for most of the summer, which is very energy efficient.
